2. Verarbeitete Daten, Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen
a) Konto- und Registrierungsdaten
b) Anmeldung über Drittanbieter (Sign in with Apple / Google)
Rechtsgrundlage ist deine Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO, Ziffer 2 h).
g) TikTok Business SDK (Werbe-Messung)
Empfänger: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Irland.
i) Onboarding-Statistik und App-Geräte-ID
- Supabase, Inc. – Hosting, Datenbank, Dateispeicher (u. a.
5. Übermittlung in Drittländer
- Berichtigung unrichtiger Daten (Art. 16)
Was an Anthropic gesendet wird.
Was an Anthropic gesendet wird.

for the app "Glow 75" · Last updated: October 2026
With this privacy policy, we inform you about which personal data we process when you use the app "Glow 75" (hereinafter the "App"), for what purpose and on what legal basis. We use terms such as "personal data" or "processing" within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Appointing a data protection officer is not legally mandatory. If you have any questions about data protection, please contact the address stated above.
2. Data processed, purposes and legal bases
a) Account and registration data
To use the App, you create a user account. In doing so, we process your email address, a password (stored in encrypted form) and, where applicable, a display name chosen by you. The purpose is to provide your account and the App's functions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
b) Sign-in via third-party providers (Sign in with Apple / Google)
You can register and log in via "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google". In doing so, we receive from the respective provider the data required to create the account (e.g. an email address or – in the case of Apple – an anonymized relay address, if you choose this option). The providers are Apple Inc. and Google Ireland Ltd. or Google LLC. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
c) Usage data within the App
When you use the App, we process the content you enter as well as your progress and your settings (e.g. completed tasks, entries made as part of the 75-day program, preferences). The purpose is the provision of the core functions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
d) Technical data and log data
When operating the App, technically necessary data is generated, such as IP address, device and operating system information, time of access and error logs. The purpose is stability, security and troubleshooting. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, functional operation).
e) Push notifications
The App does not send push notifications and does not ask for permission to do so. If you enabled push notifications, app versions up to 1.0.5 created a device identifier (push token) through the push service of 650 Industries, Inc. (“Expo”, USA) and stored it in your account; until 31 August 2026 we used Expo to deliver notices about your subscription (in the event of a payment problem or after a cancellation). Since then we no longer send push notifications and no longer use stored push tokens. They remain stored in your account until you delete it and are deleted together with it; on request to info@access2.de we also delete them earlier. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; you can withdraw it at any time in your device settings. This withdrawal does not delete a push token that is already stored; we do that on request.
f) In-app purchases and subscriptions
You purchase paid features via Apple's in-app purchase. Payment processing takes place exclusively via your Apple ID; we do not receive any complete payment data. To manage and validate subscriptions, we use the service RevenueCat; in doing so, an app user identifier as well as purchase and status information are processed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
RevenueCat notifies our server of every event concerning your subscription (for example purchase, renewal, cancellation, payment problem). We store these notifications in full in our database at Supabase (EU, Frankfurt): your user ID, the type and time of the event, product, price, currency, tax and commission share, country, transaction numbers and the device data that the App passes to RevenueCat (the status of the tracking permission, the variant of the subscription screen and – always for app versions up to 1.0.9, and from version 1.1.0 only if you chose “Allow” in the tracking prompt (Section 2 h) – the device identifier IDFV, IP address, Meta’s Anonymous ID, the advertising identifier IDFA in the form in which iOS provides it, and the device model). Regardless of your answer, RevenueCat’s SDK sends the device identifier (IDFV) and the device model with its requests for managing your subscription; in doing so, RevenueCat technically also receives your IP address. The purpose is to document your purchases and your subscription status and to troubleshoot this interface. These notifications are not deleted when you delete your account (Section 6); we keep them for as long as we need them for these purposes and delete them on request to info@access2.de, insofar as we are not legally obliged to retain them. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in traceable subscription data and a working interface).
To measure the effectiveness of our advertising, RevenueCat transmits events on the course of your subscription (start of a trial phase, conversion into a paying subscription, renewal, cancellation) including amount and currency to Meta on a server-to-server basis; Meta attributes them, where possible, to an advertisement through which you found us. The data transmitted per device comprises Meta’s anonymous installation identifier (“Anonymous ID”), the device identifier (IDFV), the IP address and, if iOS provides it, the advertising identifier (IDFA, Section 2 h), but not your name or your email address. This only happens if you chose “Allow” in the tracking prompt (Section 2 h): we have set up RevenueCat so that it sends subscription events to Meta only if the status of your tracking permission is “authorized”. RevenueCat’s SDK reports this status every time the App is started or brought back to the foreground. If you later withdraw the permission in the iOS settings, RevenueCat only learns of this the next time you open the App; subscription events that occur in the meantime (for example an automatic renewal) may still be sent to Meta by RevenueCat during this period. From app version 1.1.0, the App also passes the identifiers listed above to RevenueCat only after “Allow”; according to its documentation, RevenueCat does not send subscription events to Meta anyway if it has neither the Anonymous ID nor the advertising identifier. If you decline the tracking prompt or use an app version up to 1.0.9, which does not show a tracking prompt, your subscription events are therefore not sent to Meta – even if RevenueCat still has identifiers of yours stored from an earlier app version. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 2 h).
g) TikTok Business SDK (advertising measurement)
In our iOS app, we use the TikTok Business SDK of TikTok Technology Limited, 10 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, Ireland (“TikTok”, part of the ByteDance group) to measure the effectiveness of our advertisements on TikTok (conversion and attribution measurement).
From app version 1.1.0, the App starts the TikTok SDK only if you chose “Allow” in Apple’s tracking prompt (Section 2 h). If you decline, if you have turned off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” in iOS, or if you are not asked (for example because you stated that you are under 18), the TikTok SDK is not started and the App sends nothing to TikTok.
After “Allow”, the following data is transmitted to TikTok: device information (including Apple’s advertising identifier [IDFA], device identifier [IDFV], device model, operating system version, language, time zone), IP address, user agent as well as in-app events (app installation, app launch, registration, start of a trial subscription, subscription purchase including price and currency). Names, email addresses, photos or health data are not transmitted to TikTok. If you later withdraw the permission in the iOS settings, iOS closes the App; from its next start, the App no longer starts the TikTok SDK and sends nothing more to TikTok (Section 2 h).
App versions up to 1.0.9 do not ask for your tracking permission. In those versions, the TikTok SDK starts every time the App is launched and transmits the data listed above per device – with the device identifier (IDFV) and the IP address, and not only in aggregated form – but without the advertising identifier: without your tracking permission, iOS normally provides only zeros instead of the IDFA.
From app version 1.1.0, without your permission we measure whether an installation came from one of our ads on TikTok only through Apple’s SKAdNetwork framework (Section 2 h).
From app version 1.1.0, the legal basis is your consent, which you give by choosing “Allow” in the tracking prompt (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; for accessing identifiers on your device, Section 25(1) of the German TDDDG); you withdraw it by turning off tracking for Glow 75 in the iOS settings (Section 2 h). For app versions up to 1.0.9, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring and optimizing our advertising campaigns); you can object to this processing at any time using the contact address stated in this policy. TikTok may transfer data to countries outside the EEA (including the USA and Singapore); EU Standard Contractual Clauses are in place for this. Further information can be found in TikTok’s privacy policy.
h) Meta SDK and Meta Ads (advertising measurement)
To measure and optimize our advertising campaigns on Meta’s platforms (Facebook, Instagram), we use the Meta SDK (“Facebook SDK”) in the App. From app version 1.1.0, the App starts it only if you chose “Allow” in the tracking prompt (see below).
Data transmitted (from app version 1.1.0 only after “Allow”): device information (including the advertising identifier IDFA, device identifier IDFV, device model, operating system version, language, time zone), an anonymous installation identifier assigned by Meta (“Anonymous ID”), IP address, user agent as well as in-app events (installation, app launch, completed registration and the app events that the Meta SDK logs automatically; depending on the settings at Meta, these can include in-app purchases with product, price and currency).
Not transmitted: name, email address, telephone number, photos or health data. We have disabled the “automatic advanced matching” offered by Meta (matching via email addresses or telephone numbers).
Tracking prompt (from app version 1.1.0): The App asks you once, with the iOS prompt under the App Tracking Transparency framework (ATT), whether we may measure which of our ads on Meta and TikTok brought you to Glow 75. The prompt appears during onboarding when you tap “Unlock my plan” after your plan is shown, before the subscription screen opens; if you are already past this step (for example after an update), it appears once on the App’s home screen. If you state in the quiz that you are under 18, the App does not ask – not even if this answer is only stored in your account (for example after reinstalling); on the home screen it also asks only if it has an age answer of 18 or over. The same then applies as if you had declined. Likewise, the App starts the two SDKs only if it has an age answer of 18 or over and the answer “under 18” is stored neither on your device nor in your account; this also applies if someone previously chose “Allow” on the same iPhone. You can change your answer at any time in the iOS settings under “Privacy & Security” → “Tracking”.
If you choose “Allow”, the App starts the Meta SDK and the TikTok SDK (Section 2 g). In the Meta SDK, it turns on the automatic logging of app events and the collection of the advertising identifier (IDFA) and tells Meta that tracking is permitted. At the same time, it passes RevenueCat, for ad attribution, the advertising identifier, the device identifier (IDFV), the IP address, the device model and Meta’s Anonymous ID, which RevenueCat transmits to Meta with the subscription events (Section 2 f).
If you decline, if you have turned off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” in iOS or if you are not asked, the App starts neither the Meta SDK nor the TikTok SDK. The App then sends nothing to Meta or TikTok – no device identifier, no IP address, no Anonymous ID and no events – and passes no identifiers to RevenueCat for ad attribution; RevenueCat then does not send your subscription events to Meta either (Section 2 f). RevenueCat’s SDK itself still sends the device identifier (IDFV) and the device model to RevenueCat with its requests for managing your subscription, and RevenueCat technically receives your IP address in the process (Section 2 f).
In that case, we measure whether an installation came from one of our ads on Meta or TikTok only through Apple’s SKAdNetwork framework, which does not require tracking permission. The App only tells iOS one of three values – app installed and opened, trial started, or subscription purchased. iOS itself (not the App) reports this value, with a delay and without the advertising identifier, the device identifier or any other identifier from the App, to the ad network through whose ad the App was installed. The App tells iOS these values regardless of your answer; in our onboarding statistics we log which value it reported (Section 2 i). After “Allow”, the TikTok SDK can also report such values to iOS. Meta and TikTok provide us with the results of the advertising measurement only in aggregated form.
If you later withdraw the permission in the iOS settings, iOS closes the App. From its next start, the App starts neither the Meta SDK nor the TikTok SDK and sends nothing more to Meta or TikTok. RevenueCat’s SDK reports the changed status to RevenueCat as soon as you open the App again; from then on, RevenueCat no longer sends your subscription events to Meta (Section 2 f). Identifiers that RevenueCat has already received remain stored there (Section 6). If, after “Allow”, you state in the quiz that you are under 18, or an account with this answer signs in on the iPhone, the App immediately stops sending events of its own to Meta and TikTok, turns off the automatic logging of app events and the collection of the advertising identifier in the Meta SDK, tells Meta that tracking is not permitted, stops the TikTok SDK from sending events, and no longer starts either SDK from the next app start.
App versions up to 1.0.9 do not display a tracking prompt. In those versions, the Meta SDK starts every time the App is launched, without your permission, and transmits the data listed above per device, and not only in aggregated form, with the device identifier (IDFV), the Anonymous ID and the IP address. However, it tells Meta that tracking is not permitted and does not collect the advertising identifier. In those versions, RevenueCat’s SDK requests the advertising identifier (IDFA) together with the other device data (Section 2 f); without your tracking permission, iOS normally provides only zeros. If iOS nevertheless provides an advertising ID, RevenueCat receives it; however, RevenueCat does not send subscription events from these versions to Meta, because they do not ask for tracking permission (Section 2 f).
Recipient: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland. A transfer to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA cannot be ruled out; it takes place on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, additionally on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Meta also processes the data for its own purposes as an independent controller.
Legal basis: for the processing by the Meta SDK and the transfer of your subscription events to Meta via RevenueCat from app version 1.1.0, your consent, which you give by choosing “Allow” in the tracking prompt (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; for accessing identifiers on your device, Section 25(1) of the German TDDDG). For the processing by app versions up to 1.0.9 described above, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring and commercially aligning our advertising). The SKAdNetwork values that the App reports to iOS regardless of your answer contain no identifiers, and we only receive aggregated results from them; insofar as this involves personal data, we base it on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring our advertising).
Withdrawal and objection: You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by turning off tracking for Glow 75 in the iOS settings under “Privacy & Security” → “Tracking”; the lawfulness of the processing carried out until then remains unaffected. You can object to the processing by app versions up to 1.0.9 at any time using the contact address stated in this policy. You can also adjust your advertising settings in your Meta account.
i) Onboarding statistics and app device ID
To understand where people leave the onboarding and where the App has errors, the App stores events in our own database (Supabase, EU): screens viewed, the answer options chosen in the quiz (not your name), individual steps of the Day-0 scan (e.g. "photo taken" – without the photo and without the score; app versions up to 1.0.9 also send the starting score of each scan, but since 15 October 2026 our database removes it before storing the event, and we deleted the starting scores stored until then on 15 October 2026, Section 9.1), steps in the Glow Reel (e.g. the number of photos selected and used, the number of photos skipped per reason – no face detected, face turned away, face too small, several faces –, the time span of the photos in days, how long it took to create the video and whether, and through which app, you share it; without photos, the video, face positions, face sizes or eye points), your decisions in the AI consent screens (shown, agreed, declined, withdrawn), the iOS tracking prompt (shown, allowed or declined, Section 2 h), the values the App reports to iOS for Apple’s SKAdNetwork (Section 2 h), steps on the subscription screen and during purchase, app launches, the app language, error messages and feedback that you choose to write to us in the App. We do not use a third-party analytics SDK for this.
Each event contains a pseudonymous device ID that the App creates once and stores on your device (not the advertising identifier IDFA and not the device identifier IDFV) and – once you are signed in – also your user ID. This allows events before and after sign-in to be attributed to the same device. We use the same device ID to limit the number of Day-0 scans per device (Section 9.3), and the App stores your Day-0 scan decision on your device under it. It is not sent to Anthropic.
Events with your user ID are deleted together with your account. Events from before sign-in carry only the device ID and are not deleted when you delete your account (Section 6); we keep them in pseudonymous form for as long as we need them for this analysis and delete them on request to info@access2.de, insofar as we can attribute them to your device. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in improving the App and fixing errors).
3. Hosting and backend
The App uses the service Supabase, operated by Supabase, Inc., as its backend (database, authentication, storage and server functions). The processing is carried out on our behalf on the basis of a data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR). Server location of the database and file storage (including Glow Scan photos, Section 9): EU region (Frankfurt, Germany). Requests to our AI provider (Section 9) also run through Supabase's server functions. Insofar as processing takes place outside the EU/EEA, the information under Section 5 applies.
4. Recipients / processors
We only disclose personal data insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the contract, you have consented (for example by choosing “Allow” in the tracking prompt for advertising measurement with TikTok and Meta, Sections 2 f to 2 h), we have a legitimate interest in doing so (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or we are legally obliged to do so. The service providers used are in particular:
- Supabase, Inc. – hosting, database, file storage (including Glow Scan photos) and server functions (server location of database and storage: EU/Frankfurt)
- RevenueCat, Inc. – management and validation of subscriptions
- 650 Industries, Inc. (“Expo”, USA) – push service, only for app versions up to 1.0.5 (Section 2 e)
- Apple Inc. – provision via the App Store, payment processing of in-app purchases as well as "Sign in with Apple"
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC – sign-in via "Sign in with Google"
- Anthropic Ireland, Limited (Ireland; contracting party and processor under Anthropic's Commercial Terms; processing may also take place in the USA, Sections 5 and 9.8) – AI processing of photos (Day-0 scan, Glow Scan), coach messages with challenge context and quiz answers, from app version 1.1.0 in each case only after your consent in the App (see Section 9; for older versions Section 9.1)
We only share personal data with the recipients named in this privacy policy and only to the extent described here. With our processors (Supabase, RevenueCat and Anthropic) we have data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR; they may process the data only on our instructions and must protect it with appropriate technical and organisational measures. Our processors are thereby contractually obliged to protect your data at least to the extent described in this privacy policy and required by the GDPR. Apple, Google, Expo, TikTok and Meta receive only the data listed in Section 2 – no photos, face data, scan results or coach messages – and, insofar as they process data as independent controllers, are themselves bound by the GDPR.
5. Transfer to third countries
Some of the providers mentioned are based in the USA. A transfer only takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR) or – insofar as the provider is certified – on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 GDPR). At Anthropic, processing may also take place in the USA; transfers there rely on appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR (EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which Anthropic's Data Processing Addendum incorporates to the extent required by data protection law; details in Section 9.8).
6. Storage period and deletion
We store your data for as long as your account exists and it is necessary for the purposes mentioned. You can delete your account and the data associated with it at any time directly in the App. After deletion, we remove your data insofar as we are not legally obliged to retain it (e.g. retention periods for invoices and tax-relevant documents under commercial and tax law). For photos, scan results, coach messages and the other data of the AI features, Sections 9.9 and 9.10 apply.
By way of exception, the following is not deleted when you delete your account:
- the onboarding statistics events from before you signed in (Section 2 i) and the Day-0 scan log entries (Section 9.3). They contain no user ID themselves, only the pseudonymous device ID; after the account is deleted, they can no longer be attributed to your account. We keep them for as long as we need them for the purposes stated there and delete them on request to info@access2.de, insofar as we can attribute them to your device.
- RevenueCat’s notifications about your subscription that we store in our database (Section 2 f); they contain your user ID.
- your customer record at RevenueCat (user ID, purchase history and the device data listed in Section 2 f).
We delete these notifications and your customer record at RevenueCat on request to info@access2.de, insofar as we are not legally obliged to retain them.
Deleted data may remain in the backups of our hosting provider Supabase for the duration of their backup retention period; it is removed from them within that period.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
- Access to the data processed (Art. 15)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
- Erasure (Art. 17)
- Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
- Data portability (Art. 20)
- Objection to processing (Art. 21)
- Withdrawal of consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))
In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW).
8. Data security
Data is transmitted in encrypted form (TLS). We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
9. AI features, photos and face data
9.1 Overview
Glow 75 offers four optional AI features: (a) the Day-0 scan during onboarding, (b) the weekly Glow Scan, (c) the AI coach and (d) the AI personalisation of your 75-day plan. For these features we transmit data to our AI provider Anthropic (Section 9.8). Before any of these features sends data, the App shows you a separate consent screen that names Anthropic as the recipient and lists, item by item, which data will be sent. Nothing is sent until you actively tap "Agree & continue" (for the plan: "Agree & personalize"); nothing is pre-selected. If you decline, nothing is sent to Anthropic and the App remains usable – without the scan or the coach, or with your current tasks. In addition, (e) the Glow Reel detects faces only on your device (Section 9.7).
This section describes the App from version 1.1.0. App versions up to 1.0.9 show shorter consent notices before the Day-0 scan, the Glow Scan and the AI coach; these name Anthropic as the recipient but list only the photo or your messages. For these versions, too, our server sends Anthropic the further data described in Sections 9.3 to 9.5 – for the Day-0 scan the second, text-only request, for the Glow Scan your challenge day, task completion and previous results, and for the AI coach your challenge progress, the text observations of your latest Glow Scan and your quiz answers. These versions personalise the plan after the purchase without a separate request, with only a notice on the screen, and for this send your quiz answers and, if you took a Day-0 scan, observations, habits and targets from its result to Anthropic. For some goals they also estimated weight and height from the Day-0 photo; the estimated weight (as text in those observations) and the calorie, protein and water targets calculated from it that are still stored on the device can be sent to our server by those versions when the plan is created. Until the server update for app version 1.1.0, our server passed this information on to Anthropic. Since then, it reads only the step target and the skin routine from the stored targets and removes lines with estimates of weight or height and lines with calorie, gram or water amounts before it sends anything to Anthropic. Those versions also send the starting score of each Day-0 scan to the onboarding statistics; since 15 October 2026 it is no longer stored there (Sections 2 i and 9.3). Those versions do not ask for a separate consent for the plan. For the legal basis of the transfers to Anthropic by those versions, see Section 9.12. Please update the App to the current version.
9.2 Which face data we process – and which we do not
At Glow 75, face data means:
- Photos: the photo for the Day-0 scan that you take with the camera or select from your photo library (depending on the goal you chose, your face or a photo showing most of your body), and the selfie that you take with the front camera for the weekly Glow Scan.
- Results derived from them: sub-scores from 0 to 100 for skin clarity and rested glow (for the Day-0 scan, depending on the goal, also for posture and presence), a skin type, short text observations about your skin or posture, suggestions for daily habits and tips, and the score calculated from them. These are aesthetic, motivational estimates of your own progress – not a medical diagnosis and not a rating of attractiveness or facial features.
- Glow Reel (on your device only): the position and size of the face in the picture, the head rotation and the centre points of both eyes (Section 9.7).
The App does not use Face ID, ARKit or the depth and face-tracking data of the TrueDepth camera; selfies are ordinary photos from the front camera. We do not create or store biometric templates, face embeddings or any other biometric identifiers, and no face geometry is stored or transmitted – the face and eye positions that the Glow Reel calculates exist only in memory on your device (Section 9.7). Face data is never used to identify, authenticate or recognise you, and it is never compared with photos of other people. Neither weight nor height is estimated from photos. We do not use photos or face data for advertising and we do not sell them.
Profile pictures and photos for your wall (progress photos) that you choose to upload are neither sent to Anthropic nor analysed for faces. Progress photos are kept in a private storage area. Profile pictures are kept in a publicly readable storage area: anyone who knows the link address of a profile picture can view it without signing in.
9.3 Day-0 scan (onboarding, before registration)
How it works. After the quiz, the App offers to record your starting point with a photo. The screen first shows a live camera preview, from which nothing is captured or sent. The consent screen appears as soon as you tap the shutter or the photo library button – before a photo is taken or the photo picker opens; with "Not now" you continue without a scan. When you pick a photo, the App receives only the one photo you tap.
What is sent to Anthropic. Through a server function at our hosting provider Supabase we send (1) this one photo, the goal you chose and your app language and (2), in a second, text-only request, your goal, what the AI saw in the photo, a skin routine that our server calculates from the skin type detected in the photo and your skin goal, and daily step targets that it calculates from your routine answer – so that the AI can suggest daily habits for your plan from them. Your name, email address and device ID are not sent to Anthropic. Your age range, your routine answer and your skin goal go only to our server – for the age check (Section 9.11) and to calculate the step targets and the skin routine.
Purpose. Determining your starting point (score and sub-scores) and suggesting the daily habits for your plan.
Storage. The photo is not stored on our servers. For each scan our server stores a log entry without the photo and without the result (device ID, goal, time, number of processed tokens); we use it to limit the number of scans per device and day and to control costs. The photo and the result are kept in the App's private storage on your iPhone. The App deletes the photo there as soon as the setup after your purchase is complete, and replaces it when you take a new scan; otherwise it stays there until you delete the App. If the analysis fails, or if you skip the scan or change your goal after a photo was taken, the App no longer shows or uses that photo, but the file can remain in the App’s private storage – even after a purchase – until you delete the App. The result stays in the App's storage on your device until you delete the App; it is not stored in your account. Tasks that the App takes from the result into your daily task list (your skin routine, your step target and, depending on the goal, a core and back workout) are stored in your account after the purchase, like all tasks. We do not store the starting score: app versions up to 1.0.9 send it along with an onboarding statistics event, but since 15 October 2026 our database removes it before storing the event; we deleted the starting scores stored this way until then on 15 October 2026 (Section 2 i).
9.4 Weekly Glow Scan (after purchase)
How it works. You start the Glow Scan from your profile under "Glow Journey", up to twice in 7 days. The consent screen appears before the camera opens.
What is sent to Anthropic. Through a server function at Supabase: your selfie, your challenge day, the share of your tasks completed in the last 7 days, your last three scan results and your app language. Your name and email address are not sent.
Purpose. Calculating your Glow Score (from the two skin values and your task completion) as well as observations and tips so that you can track your progress. If you use the AI coach, it receives the text observations of your latest scan (never the photo; Section 9.5).
Storage. The selfie is stored in a private storage area at Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany), in a folder that only you can access; the App displays it through links that expire after one hour. The score, sub-scores, observations and tips are linked to your account and stored in our database at Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). If the analysis fails, the App deletes the selfie it has already uploaded.
9.5 AI coach
The consent screen appears before your first message; with "Not now" nothing is sent and your text stays in the input field. The Coach tab also permanently states that your messages go to Anthropic. With every message, we send Anthropic, through a server function at Supabase: your message, your last 20 messages with the coach (yours and its replies), your challenge progress (day, mode, streak, remaining streak freezes, completed days in the last 7 days), your latest Glow Score with its text observations (never the photo), your quiz answers on goal, skin goal, routine, biggest challenge and ideal day, and your app language. Your name and email address are not sent. Your messages and the coach's replies are stored in your account at Supabase (EU, Frankfurt) and are never shared with other users.
9.6 AI plan
After your purchase, the App asks whether your 75-day plan should be personalised with AI, provided your task list still has room for one more habit (fewer than seven tasks); nothing is sent until you have decided. If your list is already full, the App does not ask and sends nothing to Anthropic. If you agree, we send Anthropic, through a server function at Supabase: your chosen mode; your quiz answers on goal, skin goal, routine, biggest challenge and age range; where you answered them, your answers on ideal day, sleep, what stopped you before and how you want to feel; if you took a Day-0 scan, its three focus points (the three rows of your Day-0 result, each with a short observation from the scan, for example about your skin or posture, and a daily habit suggested for it – text only, without the photo and without the score) as well as the daily step target calculated for your mode and the skin routine; and your app language. Our server adds the fixed rules of your mode that are on your task list (built from this information); tasks you added or changed yourself are not sent. Photos, your name and your email address are not sent. With "Use the standard plan" nothing is sent; the App remembers this choice on your device and does not ask again until you reset it under Settings → "AI & privacy" → "AI plan"; it then asks again the next time you start the App. If the plan could not be created after the purchase, the App tries again later – only with your consent. The AI writes a summary of your plan and can add at most one further daily habit to your task list; your existing tasks, including your own changes, are kept. The fixed rules of your mode (for example grams of protein per main meal, water, workouts and sleep) are the same for all users in that mode (under 18 without gram figures or a food rule, with one workout a day and at most 2 litres of water) and are not derived from photos, body measurements or estimates. The summary and the tasks are stored in your account. After the purchase we store your quiz answers in your account so that the coach and the plan can use them.
9.7 Glow Reel (on your device only)
For the Glow Reel you select selfies through the iOS photo picker; the App receives only the photos you tap, together with the metadata stored in them (for example the date taken and, if saved, the location); of this, the App only uses the date taken. Using Apple's Vision framework, the App detects the face in each photo directly on your iPhone and determines its position and size in the picture, the head rotation and the centre points of both eyes, in order to align the pictures so that the eyes line up. Photos without a clearly front-facing face, or with a second face at least 40 percent as wide as the main face, are skipped; smaller faces in the background are ignored. These values exist only in memory during the calculation; they are neither stored nor transmitted. The finished video stays in the App's private storage on your device until you delete it or the App; only you can share it, using the iOS share sheet. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is sent to Anthropic for the Glow Reel; in our onboarding statistics (Section 2 i) we only log details such as how many photos were selected, how many were skipped for which reason (no face detected, face turned away, face too small, several faces) and whether, and through which app, you share the video – no face positions, face sizes or eye points.
9.8 Recipient: Anthropic
Our AI provider is Anthropic. Under Anthropic's Commercial Terms, the contracting party and processor for customers based in the European Economic Area is Anthropic Ireland, Limited (Ireland). Anthropic processes the data listed in Sections 9.3 to 9.6 on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR) under its Data Processing Addendum, which is part of the Commercial Terms. Under it, Anthropic may process the data only to provide the service and on our documented instructions, must implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures (including encryption in transit and at rest) and may engage further sub-processors only under the rules of that agreement, which require Anthropic to bind them to data protection obligations that are substantially as protective; the sub-processors Anthropic may use are listed at trust.anthropic.com/subprocessors. Processing may also take place in the USA; transfers outside the EEA rely on appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR (EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which Anthropic's Data Processing Addendum incorporates to the extent required by data protection law). Under the Commercial Terms, Anthropic may not train its models on content we send through the API.
According to Anthropic, it automatically deletes API inputs and outputs within 30 days of receipt or generation – unless it needs to retain them longer to enforce its Usage Policy or is required to do so by law. For content flagged as violating its Usage Policy, Anthropic states a retention of up to 2 years for inputs and outputs and of up to 7 years for trust and safety classification scores (Anthropic Privacy Center, as of 1 July 2026).
Apart from Anthropic and our hosting provider Supabase, which forwards or stores photos and results for us (Section 3), no one receives photos or face data. We do not share them with other users, advertising partners (TikTok, Meta), analytics services or any other third parties.
9.9 Storage location and retention
- Glow Scan selfies: private storage area at Supabase (EU, Frankfurt), until you delete them in the App under Settings → "AI & privacy" → "Delete Glow Scan photos", or delete your account.
- Glow Scan results (score, sub-scores, observations, tips): database at Supabase (EU, Frankfurt), until you delete your account.
- Coach messages: database at Supabase (EU, Frankfurt), until you delete your account.
- Plan, tasks and quiz answers: in your account at Supabase (EU, Frankfurt), for as long as your account exists.
- Usage counters of the AI features (feature, time, number of tokens – for daily limits and cost control, without content): until you delete your account.
- Day-0 scan: the photo is not stored on our servers; on your device as described in Section 9.3. The log entries without the photo and without the result contain no user ID; we keep them for as long as we need them for abuse and cost control, also after you delete your account (Section 6). Since 15 October 2026 we no longer store a starting score for any app version; we deleted the starting scores previously logged by app versions up to 1.0.9 on 15 October 2026 (Section 2 i).
- Glow Reel: the face values are not stored; the video stays on your device.
- Your consent decisions: on your device, until you withdraw them or delete the App. In addition, the App logs each consent screen and your decision (shown, agreed, declined, withdrawn) as an event in the onboarding statistics; these events are kept and deleted as described in Section 2 i.
- At Anthropic: see Section 9.8. For backups, see Section 6.
9.10 Consent, withdrawal and deletion
The App stores your decision on your device, per feature and per version of the notice, and also logs it in the onboarding statistics (Section 2 i); if the data that is sent changes, we ask again. You can withdraw your consent for the Glow Scan, the AI coach and the AI plan at any time with effect for the future: Profile → Settings (the "…" button at the top right) → "AI & privacy" → tap the row that shows "Allowed" and confirm. The App will then send nothing more to Anthropic for that feature and will ask again before the next use. If you chose the standard plan, you can reset that choice through the "AI plan" row. The Day-0 scan only takes place during onboarding, before registration; there is no separate row for it in Settings. You withdraw its consent by deleting the App: this removes your stored decision and the photo and result of the scan from your device, and after a reinstall the App asks again before a new scan. Unless you start a new scan yourself, the App only sends something from the Day-0 scan to Anthropic if you agree to the AI plan (Section 9.6). Neither the photo nor the result is on our servers; we delete the log entries (Section 9.3) on request, insofar as we can attribute them to your device.
A withdrawal takes effect for the future and does not automatically delete data that is already stored. After you withdraw your Glow Scan consent, the App does not start a new Glow Scan without asking you again; your previous photos and results remain stored in your account until you delete them, ask us to delete them – we then delete them – or delete your account (Section 9.12). You delete your Glow Scan photos under "AI & privacy" → "Delete Glow Scan photos"; there is no separate delete function for scan results in the App (see below). As long as Glow Scan results are stored in your account, the AI coach – if you have agreed to it – receives the text observations of your latest scan, even after you withdraw your Glow Scan consent or delete the photos. This is based on your separate consent to the AI coach, whose consent screen expressly lists that each message is sent together with "your latest Glow Score and its skin notes"; you can withdraw it in the same list independently of the Glow Scan consent. With "Delete account" in Settings, we delete your account together with all Glow Scan photos, scan results and coach messages, the quiz answers stored in your account, your plan, your usage counters and all onboarding statistics events that carry your user ID. Not deleted are the events from before you signed in – including the answer options chosen in the quiz (Section 2 i) – and the Day-0 scan log entries; they contain no user ID and remain pseudonymous (Section 6). RevenueCat’s notifications about your subscription and your customer record at RevenueCat are not deleted either (Section 6). On request to info@access2.de, we also delete individual scan results or your coach chat without deleting your account. The lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal remains unaffected.
9.11 Minors
Under our Terms of Use, Glow 75 is intended for people aged 18 and over. If you state in the quiz that you are under 18, the App offers no photo scans – neither the Day-0 scan nor the weekly Glow Scan – and no scan data goes into your plan. When this age answer is available to our server, it additionally rejects photo scans before anything is sent to Anthropic. The App does not block other features – the purchase, the plan and the AI coach – for this answer. After the purchase, we store your quiz answers – including this age answer – in your account (Section 9.9) and use them for these restrictions and so that the App does not ask you for tracking permission and starts neither the Meta SDK nor the TikTok SDK (Section 2 h); we do not delete an account solely because of this answer. However, under Art. 8 GDPR, consent given by a person under 16, for example to the AI plan or the AI coach, is only valid if the parents agree, and the App does not check this. Please therefore only use Glow 75 if you are at least 18 years old. If an account belongs to a person under 18, please write to us at info@access2.de; we will then delete it.
9.12 Legal basis
The legal basis for the transfer to Anthropic by the App from version 1.1.0 and for storing photos, scan results and coach messages in your account is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and – insofar as photos or skin observations qualify as health data – Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR; each consent screen also states what is stored. If the AI coach receives the text observations of your latest scan after you have withdrawn your Glow Scan consent, this is based on your consent to the AI coach (Section 9.10).
A withdrawal in the App takes effect for the future and covers new transfers: new scans for the Glow Scan, new messages for the AI coach and new personalisations for the AI plan. We continue to store Glow Scan photos, scan results and coach messages that are already stored on the basis of your original consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and – insofar as health data is concerned – Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), so that you can still see your history in the App. You can withdraw this consent at any time as well, by deleting the photos in the App or by asking us at info@access2.de to delete photos, scan results or coach messages; we then delete them (Section 9.10). The lawfulness of the processing carried out before a withdrawal remains unaffected.
For app versions up to 1.0.9 (Section 9.1): the Day-0 scan, the Glow Scan and the AI coach only send data after you have agreed to the respective consent notice. These notices were shorter than the current consent screens and did not list all the data sent item by item (Section 9.1). The legal basis here is also your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and – insofar as health data is concerned – Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). In those versions, personalising the plan after the purchase is an additional feature for which they do not ask for a separate consent but only show a notice on the screen. We base the transfer of your quiz answers for this on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in creating a plan tailored to your answers); you can object to it at any time (Section 7). For the details from the Day-0 scan that those versions send for this (observations, habits and targets, including skin observations and – until the server update for app version 1.1.0 – the estimated weight and the targets calculated from it), the legal basis is your consent to the Day-0 scan, whose screen in those versions states that the photo is analysed to build your plan (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and – insofar as health data is concerned – Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR); this notice, too, was shorter than the current consent screen.
Under Art. 8 GDPR, people under 16 cannot give valid consent without their parents’ agreement (Section 9.11), and Glow 75 is not intended for people under 18. For this reason, the App offers no photo scans (neither the Day-0 scan nor the Glow Scan) if you state that you are under 18, and when this answer is available to our server, it rejects photo scans; photos and face data are then not sent to Anthropic. The App does not block the AI coach or the AI plan for this answer (Section 9.11). The answer “under 18” in the quiz does not tell us whether someone is under 16, and we do not delete an account solely because of this answer (Section 9.11). If we learn that an account belongs to a person under 16 – for example through a notice to info@access2.de – we delete it together with all data of the AI features; we also delete accounts of people under 18 on such a notice (Section 9.11).
We store the Day-0 scan log entries and the usage counters of the AI features (without content) on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in abuse and cost control). The Glow Reel processes face data only on your device; we do not receive it. The rights listed in Section 7 also apply to this data. If you have any questions or wish to exercise your rights, you can reach us at info@access2.de.
10. Changes to this privacy policy
We adapt this privacy policy when the data processing or the legal situation changes. The current version available in the App or at this address applies in each case.
